All boutique orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partners within **24 to 48 hours** (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after payment confirmation.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, orders are delivered within the following estimated timelines:

• Metro Cities (e.g., Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore): 3 to 5 business days.
• Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that transit delays can occasionally happen due to weather conditions, logistics hub backups, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Charges

We offer simple, transparent shipping pricing:

• Free Shipping: All orders of **₹1,499 and above** qualify for free shipping nationwide.
• Standard Shipping Fee: Orders below ₹1,499 are subject to a flat fee of **₹99** to cover packaging and delivery logistics.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your package is dispatched, we send you an automated shipping confirmation email containing your Air Waybill (AWB) tracking number and a link to trace the parcel online via our logistics partners (Shiprocket).

5. Delivery Issues & Lost Shipments
