Return & Refund Policy

- 7-day return request window from date of delivery.
- Eligible for return only if the item is received damaged or there is a size mismatch.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once shipped.
1. Return Window
We offer a **7-day return window** from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in the same packaging that you received it.
2. Eligible Return Reasons
To keep our boutique prices sustainable and maintain small-batch production quality, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- Transit Damage: The product was received in a damaged or defective condition. (Please take a photo/video upon opening the package as proof).
- Size Mismatch: The sizing delivered does not match your order specifications.
Returns based on a change of mind, personal color preferences, or style expectations do not qualify for returns.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can request order cancellations for a full refund **before the product is shipped**. Once the order has been dispatched from our facility and a tracking AWB number is generated, **cancellations and refunds are not permitted**. This helps us prevent double-shipping costs from reducing boutique margins.
4. How to Initiate a Return
If your order meets the return criteria (damage or size mismatch), please send an email to meghnasolanki4493@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your Order Number
- A photo or brief unboxing video demonstrating the damage or size tag mismatch
Upon validation, the customer will need to ship the return item back to us in its original packaging. Once received and inspected, we will ship a replacement product (or issue store credit/refund if the item is sold).
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are credited back to the customer's original payment method via **Razorpay** within **5–7 business days** after the returned product reaches our facility and passes quality inspection.
